Each order is documented and photographed, including the sealed package. We use reinforced packaging to prevent damage. Once shipped, all responsibility transfers to the customer.
You must provide an accurate address and ensure safe delivery. Loss, theft, or damage after shipping is your responsibility. Our photos support any claim with the carrier, who typically includes $100 insurance.
