Shipping Policy

All orders are packed with care and verified before shipping. Each product is marked with a unique identifier and photographed with a timestamp before the box is sealed. These images are sent to your email as proof of packing.

All packages include tracking and, by default, up to $100 in carrier-provided insurance. Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to you, the buyer. We are not liable for any loss, delay, theft, or damage that occurs after the carrier accepts the package.

If your shipment is lost or damaged, you may contact the carrier directly to file a claim using the tracking number and verification images we provide.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain products require temperature control and include ice packs. These products are only shipped via Express service. No other shipping options will be available for these items at checkout.
The customer is responsible for receiving the package within 48 hours of shipment. We are not liable for spoilage caused by delays, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.
